Make sure you contact us in the first instance and we will take away all the post-accident hassle. Just phone the Wayside Accident Management helpline and we will do the following:-
- Recover your damaged vehicle, take it to our approved Bodyshop and undertake the full management of the repairs.
- Liaise with your insurance company and the other driver, just one call to us and we will take it from there.
- Keep you mobile with a courtesy car whilst your vehicle is being repaired. Even in the event of a fault accident we are committed to keeping you mobile.*
- Manage all communication with your insurance company.
- Recover all your uninsured losses should it transpire that the accident was not your fault - eg your policy excess, hire charges, loss of earnings and injury compensation.
