Where necessary, we can also contact and deal with any third party claimants.
If your accident damaged vehicle is not driveable, we guarantee to organise a replacement vehicle for you. In addition, if the accident was not your fault and you choose to call us, we will provide you with a like-for-like replacement vehicle for the duration your car is off the road (subject to terms and conditions).
It is your right to decide where your damaged vehicle is repaired, regardless of your insurance company's advice. Your vehicle was originally manufactured to the highest specification and standards using advanced engineering technology.
